Adrian J Quinn

Adrian J. Quinn, 78, of Spellman Road, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Thursday February 18, 2016 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in North Carolina on April 10, 1937 the son of Donald and Esther (Mace) Quinn. Adrian owned and operated Campus Corner Restaurant in Plattsburgh with his longtime companion Susan Upton. Prior to Campus Corner he worked at Plattsburgh Motors, Meal on Wheels, Stanley Lincoln Mercury in Plattsburgh and Albany Home Renovation in Albany, NY. He was a hardworking man and generous to anyone even those who would not ask. Adrian was an avid NASCAR Fan and was known for his "Green Thumb." He spent endless hours watching the news and could tell you anything that was happening in the country at any given time. Adrian was a people person and would hold a conversation with anyone willing to engage. He enjoyed spending time with his animals and loved to feed any critter that crossed his path. He was predeceased by his parents and his three brothers; William "Willie," Donald and Robert "Jessy" Quinn. Adrian is survived by his companion Susan Upton, his siblings; Ronald (Bea) Quinn, Mary (James) Moran, Mona (Donald) LeClair, Lou (Frank) LeClerc, Diane (Terry) Douglas, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive him. Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday February 23, 2016 at 1:00 pm at St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh. Burial will be later in the year at St. Joseph's Cemetery in West Chazy.
