Plattsburgh Mr. Alan J. Lippacher, 65, of Military Turnpike in Plattsburgh, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the UVM Health Network CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Saranac Lake, NY on April 26, 1949, the son of the late William Lippacher and Diane Earley. In accordance with Alan's wishes, there will be no public calling hours or services.
