Arlene E Boland

Arlene E. Boland, 84, formerly of Military Turnpike Extension, passed away Monday, March 18, 2019 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Lyon Mountain on December 27, 1934, the daughter of the late Leward and Olea (Garrow) Sorrell. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, fishing and playing the guitar.
She is survived by her sisters; Nancy Seymour of Plattsburgh, Helen Warren of Altona, Rita Bushey of Mooers Forks, Donna Goodrow of Altona, Sandra Grubbs of Gibsonton, Fl., a brother; Roger Sorrell of Cumberland Head, and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister; Lorraine Foster, 6 brothers; Robert Sorrell, Richard Sorrell, Thomas Sorrell, Howard Sorrell, Donald Sorrell and Leonard Sorrell.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be held at a later date at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
