Arthur S. McDougall, 82, of Plattsburgh, passed away Monday, March 31, 2008 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Brightwater, Long Island on February 12, 1926, the son of George S. and Mary Elizabeth (Gensch) McDougall. A graveside services will be conducted at a later date from the Essex County Veterans Cemetery in Wadhams. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad Street in Plattsburgh.
