Plattsburgh Beatrice A. Chappell, 85, of Truman Ave. in Plattsburgh, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH in Plattsburgh. She was born in Norwood, N.Y. on July 29, 1930, the daughter of the late Arthur Earl and Mabel (Drew) Page. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no calling hours.
