Bryant Meseck

Bryant D. Meseck, 78, of McCrea Road, Champlain, NY, passed away on Thursday January 19, 2023. He was born in Mooers Forks, NY on December 15, 1944 the son of James and Anna (Baker) Meseck.

Bryant attended Mooers High School and worked at Harris Bindery Systems in Champlain. He was a Police Officer for the Village of Champlain for 18 years and later worked for the Town of Champlain Highway Department. After retiring for the town he worked part time for Miner Institute in Chazy.

He married June Supernant at St. Mary's Church in Champlain, NY on August 10, 1963.

Bryant enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, tractor pulls, going to the shooting range, helping people and going to Dunkin Donuts in Champlain for morning coffee with friends.

He was predeceased by his father, his first wife June in 1999 and his second wife Mary in 2015, a brother Marvin Meseck.

Bryant is survived by his mother Anna Meseck of Mooers Forks, his children; Germaine Hicks and her fiance Peter Sorrell of Plattsburgh and Brent Meseck and his fiance Michele Pheneuf of Rouses Point, his step children; Kerry Rock of West Chazy and Jennifer LaPlante and her husband Frank of Mooers Forks, a grandson; Bryce (Morgan) Hicks, step grandchildren; Josh Rock, Kendal Jones, Sadie LaPlante, Joshua Pheneuf, Abigail Pheneuf, a step great granddaughter; Jaycee Rock, several, siblings, nieces and nephews also survive him.

Calling hours will be held on Friday January 27, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be at the convienence of the family.
