Carolyn J. Managan, 75, of Plattsburgh, passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 at her home with family by her side and under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Danbury, Connecticut on April 11, 1945, the daughter of the late Casmir and Katherine (Franz) Puskarczyk. Services will be held in Connecticut at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. Plattsburgh, NY. Online condolences may be offered at www.brownfuneralhomeinc.com
