Cathryn M Goss

Cathryn M. Goss, 61, of Ellenburg, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 10, 1960, the daughter of Byron and Priscilla (Guerin) Lagoy.

She is survived by her children; Barbara and David Hemingway of Altona, Walter Goss and Maria Yando of Cadyville, her mother ; Priscilla Lagoy of Ellenburg Depot, her former husband whom she remained close to; Walter Goss of Lyon Mountain, her siblings; Kim Blake of Mooers, Wanda and David LaBarge of Ellenburg, Wayne Lagoy of Ellenburg Depot, Albert and Sherry Lagoy of Ellenburg Depot, her grandchildren; Emily Hemingway and her companion Brittany Miller of Altona, Lyssa Lagoy and her companion Richard Rinn Jr. of Mooers, Hannah Hemingway of Altona, one great grandchild whom she adored ; Rensmary Rose Rinn of Mooers, and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father Byron Lagoy, a sister June LaBelle of Champlain, a sister in law Michelle Lagoy also passed away earlier.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 10, 2022 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 3123 Miner Farm Road in Altona. Face masks are required. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Holy Angels Cemetery at a later date.
