Charlene A. Douglas, 68, of Waterhouse Street, Plattsburgh, passed away on November 28, 2024 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Home. Charlene was predeceased by her parents; Charles and Barbara Douglas, her sisters; Marjorie Maloney, Diane Miller, Nancy Burnell and Julia Ashline. She is survived by her brothers; Wayne (Angela) Douglas, James Douglas, and David (Sandy) Douglas, several nieces and nephews also survive her. Funeral services are Monday December 2, 2024 at 10:30 am at Brown Funeral Home, burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
