Charles J. Dumar, 59, of Margaret Street in Plattsburgh, passed away Wednesday July 10, 2019 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH. He was born in Oneonta, NY on December 24, 1959, the son of Spaulding and Catherine (Lucia) Dumar. Interment will be held Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 10:00 am in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Chazy, NY.
