He was born in Madison, IL on January 28, 1957. A funeral service will be celebrated on Friday December 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bible Baptist Church, 4635 State Route 9, Plattsburgh, NY 12901. Burial will be at Saratoga National Cemetery in Saratoga, NY. In lieu of flowers the family requests that bicycle helmets be donated in his memory.
