Charles Stewart, 56, of Plattsburgh, died Monday March, 5, 2018 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh on August 19, 1961. Graveside services will be in the spring in St. Peter's Cemtery. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Inc. 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
