Charlotte D. Vaughn, 72, of Peru, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at the UVM Health network-CVPH in Plattsburgh with family by her side. She was born on Staten Island, NY on August 19, 1950, the daughter of Harold and Louise (Ambriati) Coolidge. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services.
