Claire R. Langlais, 91, of Plattsburgh, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at her home. She was born in Winooski, VT, on August 22, 1935, the daughter of Arthur and Yvonne (Prince) Blanchard
Claire was beloved Mother to her five children; Lori (Martin) Cozzi, Brian, Cathy (Kevin) Sponable, David, and Beth.
She was gifted with 11 cherished grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her parents, her brothers; Larry (Doris), Roger (Ida), Bob (Georgette), and Gerald (Lucielle).
Claire lived a rich and full life with her family and many dear friends. Her Faith was her foundation and her love for her family made us who we are today.
She touched so many lives and will forever be in the hearts and memories of all who knew her.
At Claire's request, there will be no public calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be private.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the North Country or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
