Clarence E. White, 47, of Seth Square, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 the UVM CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Lancaster, PA on July 4, 1968 the son of Daniel Mack and Annjeannette White. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
