Craig F. Phifer, 69, of Redondo Beach, California, passed away August 10, 2015,. He was born in Plattsburgh, N.Y., September 8, 1945, the son of the late Frederick T. and late Monica D. (Clancy) Phifer. A graveside service at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Plattsburgh will be set at a later date.
