Cynthia J. Garrow, 79, of Queensbury, NY, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026 in Glens Falls, NY. She was born in Plattsburgh on July 8, 1947, the daughter of Gordon and Helen Garrow.
Cindy was a teacher at Queensbury Elementary School.
She was predeceased by her parents.
Cindy is survived by her sister Susan Dandrow of Plattsburgh and two nieces Keri LaMare and Julie Dandrow.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday July 23, 2026 at 11:00 am at St. Peter's Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
