David W. Smith, 51, of State Route 9 in Plattsburgh, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh on July 22, 1967, the son of the late Wayne and Carole (LaPier) Smith. Graveside services will be held at a later date at St. Mary's of the Lake Cemetery on Cumberland Head.
