Deborah S. Roberts PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (June 8, 2016) ” Deborah S. Roberts, 62, of Lafayette Street, Plattsburgh, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at UVHN: CVPH Medical Center. She was born Nov. 2, 1953, in Plattsburgh the daughter of Wilfred and Catherine (Duquette) Gibeau. Debbie graduated from Plattsburgh High School in 1972 and provided child care in the Plattsburgh area for more than 30 years before becoming ill earlier this year. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Terry Bruso, and a brother, Jeffrey Gibeau. She is survived by her husband, William Roberts of Plattsburgh; a daughter and her companion, Windy Custode and Donald Smith of Plattsburgh; a son and his husband, Thomas Grant Bruso and Paul Leduc of Plattsburgh; grandchildren Maximillano and Nicolas Custode of Plattsburgh; and siblings Kathleen Duprey of Florida, Wilfred "Butch" Gibeau and his wife, Connie, of California, and Judy Gadoua and her husband, Bob, of Quebec. At Debbie's request, there will be no services.
