Diane J. Szczypien, 78, of 92 Boynton Ave , Plattsburgh , passed away peacefully at her home on August 11, 2022 .
She was born in Southbridge, Massachusetts on October 2 , 1943 , the daughter of Wilfred and Florence Fafard . Diane was married to her loving husband , John , on September 18 , 1965 .
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 56 years , John ; 3 children (spouses) , John (Roberta) , Stacey (Todd) Sterling , Scott ; grandchildren Brittany (Chris) Trombley , Alyssa , Sara and Sean Szczypien ; great grandchildren Aria and Dayne Reinman ; and several cousins , nieces and nephews, and one sister , Beverly , of Southbridge , Mass..
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister , Patricia .
