Donald Peter Garrow, 60, of Redwood St. in Plattsburgh, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH. He was born in Plattsburgh on April 28, 1959, the son of the late Theodore and Bertha (Decker) Garrow.
