Dorothy B Mcardle

Dorothy B. McArdle, 68, of Recore Road, West Chazy, and formerly of Bohemia, NY passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Long Island, NY on September 12, 1947 the daughter of Oliver and Dorothy (Ball) McArdle. Dorothy graduated from North Babylon High School in 1965. She worked for Lessings Incorporated in Sayville, NY for many years and made many lifelong friends. After retiring from Lessings in 2012 she moved to the North Country to be closer to her family. She was predeceased by her parents and her siblings Rita McArdle and John McArdle. Dorothy is survived by her daughter Dana Dixon and her husband Robert of West Chazy, three grandchildren, Hannah, Liam and Michael Dixon, her siblings; Patricia McArdle, David McArdle and George McArdle and her niece and nephew; Jessica and Matthew Cantore.
