Youngsik Jang, PhD, 90, of Plattsburgh, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Meadowbrook Healthcare. He was born in Seoul, South Korea on November 12, 1932. Interment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Philadelphia, Pa. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
