Edward P Bushey

Edward P. Bushey, 72, of South Peru Street, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by his side. He was born in Plattsburgh on March 15, 1950, the son of the late Israel and Adeline (White) Bushey.
Edward was a farmer and logger for many years. He was also an avid fisherman, enjoyed word search puzzles , and spending time his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Helen (Lapham) Bushey, his daughter and son in law; Brenda and Randy Hoistion of Plattsburgh, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two daughters; Lisa Bushey and Karen Cayea, and several brothers and sisters.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center.
