Edward V Rougier

Edward V Rougier 71, of Pellerin Rd Plattsburgh, passed away on Monday February 1, 2016. He was born to Frank Rougier and Frances (Rivers) Rougier on February 29th, 1944 in Plattsburgh, NY. Edward was a hard workingman and was self-employed his entire life. He worked every day until he left this world with his best friend and canine companion "Toby" by his side. He was survived by his son, Benjamin Rougier and companion Tina of Plattsburgh. A daughter, Tina Phaneuf of Memphis TN. A daughter, Tammy Rock and her husband Tony of Peru. A daughter, Mandie Rougier and her husband, Jeremy Supernaw of Beekmantown. Grandchildren, Shawn Michael Phaneuf, Scott Phaneuf, Christopher Hemingway, Cortney Hemingway, Colin Supernaw, Liliana Supernaw and Scarlet Supernaw. And 9 great-grandchildren. He was also survived by his longtime companion Betty Clinebell. Edward was also survived by his brother Richard Rougier of Plattsburgh. Sisters, Loretta Jiguere and her husband Raymond of Plattsburgh. Gloria Polewchak and her husband John of Chazy. Bonnie Gregoire and companion Wally Darrah of Plattsburgh. Susan and her husband Robert of Plattsburgh. Edward was predeceased by his parents Frank Rougier and Frances (Rivers) Rougier. And a Brother Jordan Rougier. Arrangements are being in trusted to Brown's Funeral Home of Plattsburgh. Calling hours will be held Friday February 5th 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh, NY.
