Ethel I Smith

Ethel I. Smith, 70, of Plattsburgh, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at the UVM-CVPH Medical Center with her family by her side. She was born in Paterson, NJ on February 29, 1948, the daughter of William and Edna Hand.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce Smith, their children; Laura Miller and her husband Jim, and David Smith, and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents and siblings.
There will be no public calling hours or services.
