Florence Marie Dapo

Florence Marie Dapo, born on April 6th, 1949, whom after 77 years of life, passed away peacefully August 9th, 2026, at Meadowbrook with her family by her side. She was the daughter of Thelma Rivers (Thew) and Ralph Dapo.

Florence was predeceased by her husband of 48 years James Goddeau when he passed in March of 2025.

She is survived by her son Gary Hemingway and his wife Sherry Hemingway and their children: Christopher, Cortney, Sarah, Kelsey, and Dawson, as well as her son Robert Hemingway and his wife Michelle Hemingway and their children: Danyka, Collin, and Coby.

Florence was predeceased by her Daughter Martine Barcomb, who is survived by her sons Justin, Jake, and Nicholas.

Florence's family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Meadowbrook, and the doctors who took excellent care of our beloved mother/grandmother during her final months of life.
