Francis Leclaire (Leclaire)

Plattsburgh Mr. Francis LeClaire, 75, of Bushey Blvd. in Plattsburgh, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the Evergreen Valley Nursing Home in Plattsburgh with family by his side. He was born in Jericho, N.Y. on June 18, 1939, the son of the late Eugene and Cora (Lucia) LeClaire. In accordance with Francis' wishes, there will be no calling hours.
