Freda M. Rushford, 65, of Morrisonville, NY and formerly of Saratoga Spring, NY, passed away on Wednesday January 9, 2019 at her daughter’s home under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Ormstown, PQ Canada on April 12. 1953, the daughter of Glen and Arabella (Paxton) Ovans. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
