Gary S Shreve

Plattsburgh Gary "Steve" S. Shreve, 64, of Robinson Road, Plattsburgh, NY passed away on Tuesday October 26, 2010 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Reedy, West Virginia on April 15, 1946, the son of Enzley and Hazel (Coe) Shreve, Jr. Steve worked for many years at Plattsburgh Distributing and later for Esposito and Sons, in Plattsburgh as a truck drive. He enjoyed going fishing, BINGO and Demolition Derbies at the Clinton County Fair. Steve was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Donna (Monette) Shreve, three children; Tracey Collins and her companion Robert Provost of Schenectady, NY, Stephanie Shreve and her companion Jay Rivers of Plattsburgh and James Shreve and his companion Nicole Baker of Sciota, NY, eight grandchildren; Stephen, Michael, Peyton and Aiden Shreve, Kayla Collins, Ashley and Tony Dubruy and R.J. Provost and his companion Crystal Beshaw, a great granddaughter Seanna Rose Provost, a brother Howard Shreve and his wife Joann of Cambridge, OH, several nieces, nephews, cousins and his fishing pal Kevin Simpson also survive him. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, a funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
