Plattsburgh Mr. George R. Weaver, 91, of Prospect Ave., in Plattsburgh, passed away Friday, June 6, 2014 at the Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility in Plattsburgh. He was born in Sandy Run, Pennsylvania on May 17, 1923, the son of the late Elmer and Laura (Hauze) Weaver. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no calling hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be offered to the Wounded Warriors Project.
