Geraldine K Lazure

Geraldine K. Lazure, 74, of Plattsburgh, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at her home with family by her side and under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Montreal on June 8, 1946, the daughter of Frank and Ethel (Fitzgerald) Bourdeau.
She was a great host to her family and company who visit, by cooking. She enjoyed testing her luck gambling. She was an avid fan of the NY Giants. In her free time, she often could be found knitting or crocheting. When she wasn’t making meals or blankets, she enjoyed being outside camping.
She is survived by her husband, Ernest Lazure, her children; Raymond Lazure and his wife Rhonda, Ernest Lazure Jr. and his wife Tracey, Brian Lazure,, Tammy Lazure and Kari Maunu, her grandchildren, Shannon, Nikki, Andrew, Brad, Brittany, Casey, Brianna, Samantha, and 6 great-grandchildren, and her favorite felines, Jinx and Daisy.
She is predeceased by her parents, her siblings, Kenny and Easter.
A Funeral Service will be on Saturday, January 9, 2020 at 2:00pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
