Heather J. Andrews Foster

Heather J. Andrews Foster, 56, of Rutland, VT, passed away on Easter Sunday on April 5, 2026 at her home with her loving family by her side after a valiant battle with Mesothelioma. She was born in Beacon, NY on January 20, 1970 the beloved daughter of Glenn and Susan (Sawyer) Andrews.

Heather graduated from St. John's High School and went on to study and become a radiologic technician. Prior to her illness she lived and worked in Rutland, VT.

She is survived by her mother Susan Andrews, her brother Scott (Siobhan) Andrews of Winchester, MA and her sister Shannon Rassman of Rockledge, FL, She is also survived by special nieces and nephews; Aidan, Seamus and Rory Andrews, Zachary and Kylee Rassman, as well as her aunts, Uncles and Friends.

Heather was predeceased by her father Glenn Andrews, grandparents; Sawyer and Andrews and her aunts; Bonnie and Jeanne.

Calling hours will be held on Friday April 10, 2026 from 4:00 to 6:00pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday April 11, 2026 at 10:00 at Our Lady of Victory Church in Plattsburgh. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
