Columbia South Carolina James M. Burgess, 33, of Columbia S.C. and a native of Plattsburgh passed away on Tuesday March 17, 2015 in Columbia, S.C. He was born in Providence, R.I. on May 24, 1981 the son of William and Linda (Couture) Burgess. Calling hours will be held on Monday April 6, 2015 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
