James L. Flickinger, 57, of Rouses Point, died on January 15, 2020 at the UVM-CVPH Medical Center. He was born the son of Robert and Georgiana Flickinger. He is survived by his brother, and many nieces and nephews. At his request there will be no public calling hours or services. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the family.
