Janet A. Bombard, 87, of Morrisonville, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 16, 1935, the daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy (Bassett) Jessey.
Services will be held privately for the family. Interment will be in St. Alexander's cemetery in Morrisonville.
