Plattsburgh Mrs. Jeannette C. Kelley, 90, of Elizabeth St., Plattsburgh, NY passed away Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the UVMHC/CVPH Medical Center with her family by her side. She was born in St. Jean, Quebec on July 24, 1926 the daughter of the Emile and Aurore (Fortin) Langlois. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced.
