Jennifer M. Chiras, 39, of Pine Avenue, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Monday April 10, 2017 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Putnam, CT on June 22, 1977 the daughter of George Brush and Sharon Chiras. She leaves behind a daughter, two sons and a granddaughter.
