Schuyler Falls, NY – Jennifer I. Moon, age 56, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2026, surrounded by the love of her husband and family.

Born on October 31, 1969, Jennifer was the daughter of Ingrid Whalen and Vincent Aquila. She spent her life building a legacy of kindness, boundless joy, and infectious humor. Jennifer was a woman of many passions; whether she was cooking, tending to her garden, or engaging in one of her numerous hobbies, she approached everything with a spirit that inspired those around her. She possessed a unique ability to make everyone she met feel truly seen and heard, leaving an indelible mark on her family and the hearts of her many friends.

Jennifer is survived by her devoted husband, Darwin Moon, who was the light of her life. Together, they shared 35 years of marriage filled with love, adventure, laughter, and a quiet, enduring strength.
