Joan M Barror

Joan Barror, 84, of Flynn Avenue, Plattsburgh, passed away on Sunday April 15, 2018 at the Clinton County Nursing Home. She was born in Mooers Forks, NY on October 17, 1933 the daughter of Joseph and Emma (Snide) Barror. Joan resided at the Clinton County Nursing Home for approximately 40 years and received excellent care from their staff throughout her time with them. She loved participating in their various activities and sold many raffle tickets throughout the years. She is predeceased by her parents, her siblings, Richard Barror, Gerald Barror, Norman Barror and Norma Barror Loughan. She is survived by a sister, Rita Barror Rossi and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Friday April 20, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. Burial will be later in the year in St. Ann's Cemetery in Mooers Forks, NY.
