Joan S. Truel, 86, of Plattsburgh, New York, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Clinton County Nursing Home She was born in Rome, New York on August 1, 1936 the daughter of William and Serena (Marcoux) Frenier.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
