He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on September 1, 1936 the son of Kenneth and Elizabeth (Ryan) O'Neil. John enjoyed going for rides, being out of doors to enjoy nature, eating pizza, ice cream, playing ball and beer. He was predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Elizabeth O'Neil. John is survived by his family and friends from the Clinton County ARC. Calling hours will be Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, NY. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the family plot at the Ingraham Cemetery.
