Plattsburgh Mr. John M. Webster, 66, of Rugar Street in Plattsburgh,, passed away Monday, March 21, 2016 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH in Plattsburgh. He was born in Syracuse, N.Y. on April 30, 1949, the son of the Marshall and Mary (Murphy) Webster. Calling hours will be held on Friday, March, 25, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. A prayer service will follow at 4:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery in Syracuse.
