Joseph C. Durgan, 70, of Schuyler Falls., passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 at his home with his family by his side. He was born in Plattsburgh on November 13, 1948, the son of Charles and Helen (Ormsby) Durgan.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
