Joseph B. Forrett, 76, of Smith Road, Ellenburg Center, NY passed away on Monday March 12, 2012 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Mooers Forks, NY on August 12, 1935. At Joseph's request their will be no public calling hours, a graveside service will be held later in the year at St. Ann's Cemetery in Mooers Forks, NY.
