Judith "Judy" L. Garrow

Judith L. Garrow, 80, of Altona, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 27th, 1946 , the daughter of Frank Donnelly and Mary McGregor.

She is survived by her children, Francis Garrow III (Irene), Pamela McCleary, Nancy Mason (Eric), Rosemary Buskey (Daniel) and Kevin Garrow (Chandra); 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sister, Joyce Sheriff; sister in laws Diane LaGrave and Ceil Garrow; brother in laws, Richard Garrow (Hazel), Ronald Garrow (Cheryl) and Robert Garrow (Betty).

She is predeceased by her husband, Francis; parents; brothers, David Donnelly and Neil Donnelly and Walter Donnelly. ; brother in laws, Herbert Sheriff, David Garrow, Larry Garrow and Mervin LeGrave; sister in laws, Barbara Garrow (Erine) and Glory McClaghan and Her Husband Kenneth; grandson, Francis L. Garrow IV and son in law, James McCleary.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peter's Church. Inurnment will take place in the spring.
