Julie A Serra

Julie A. Serra, 61, of St. John’s Place, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Monday May 20, 2019 at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Plattsburgh on March 7, 1958 the daughter of Arthur and Doris (Bushey) Breyette.
Julie graduated from Beekmantown Central School in 1976; she then went on to Our Lady of Victory Secretarial School. Julie worked at Protech Business Solutions in Payroll, a job she truly loved. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Julie was predeceased by her parents and a brother David Breyette.
She is survived by her husband Mickey Serra, her children; Jonisa Bombard-Senecal of Plattsburgh, Brien Barnett and his wife Amanda of Dannemora, three grandchildren; Bruce, Kaitlyn and Bailey and her her siblings; Doug Breyette and Karen Wallace.
At Julie’s request there will be no services. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
