Kerry F. Healey, 55, of State Route 22, Plattsburgh, passed away Friday, December 17, 2021 at the UVM Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont with family by his side. He was born in Plattsburgh on May 12, 1966, the son of Kenneth and Blanche (Merrill) Healey. Funeral services will be held privately for the family.
