Laurel K "Laurie" Annis

Laurel K. “Laurie” Annis, 61, of Plattsburgh, passed away Monday, January 28, 2019 at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. She was born Syracuse, NY, on October 3, 1957, the daughter of David and Judith (Sperry) Annis.
Laurie attended Plattsburgh High School. Laurie will be missed by all that knew her. She had a big heart and love of animals; fostering many back to health and providing shelter for them.
She is survived by her companion of 38 years, James Duprey of Plattsburgh, her brother; David Annis of Tucson, AZ.
She was predeceased by her parents.
Calling hours will be Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 2:00pm-4:00pm at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel.
