Marie J. Petrashune, 94, of Dannemora, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026 at the UVHN:CVPH Medical Center. She was born on September 30th, 1931, the daughter of Charles Perry and Priscilla (Facteau) Perry.
She is survived by her children, Mark Petrashune and his wife Elaine, Paul Petrashune, Jim Petrashune and his wife Renee, Pete Petrashune and his wife Ann; eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
She is predeceased by her husband Frank; parents and 13 brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 11: 00 A.M. at St. Joseph's Church in Dannemora, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will take place in the Spring.
Marie's family would to to thank the Skilled Nursing team at CVPH for taking excellent care of Marie.
